Hollands Wood, New Forest
With the New Forest campsites all being taken over by somebody else we felt it would be a good idea to see if there were any major changes to the way things are at our favourite campsite in the New Forest. So we popped down for the night in the van just as the site opened after Winter which left us with the majority of the site to ourselves, which was lovely and peaceful.
At the North of the camp we went out into the woods and did a circular route where we ended up spotting a herd of deer in the distance, which was quite beautiful to watch. The beauty of Hollands Wood is that there is always some wildlife to see.
