Red Shoot, New Forest

Many moons ago when I was a youngling I used to do the odd camping with friends of the family up in the Lake District, then when we moved down south a little here and there in Sussex. However in later years it all vanished and faded into the void, before I met Min online and we started talking about it, they offered to get me back out there so off we went to the New Forest.

Red Shoot at the New Forest is a lovely campsite, a well kept site with a pub right outside. Min taught me how to pitch their Big Agnes, then we went for a short walk for my first explore of the New Forest. It was really quite an experience and re-ignited my love for the outdoors on a whole new level.
